Internet Explorer Address Bar

I cannot get the address bar on internet explorer
anymore. When I try to view it it just appears as a
label on the right hand side of toolbar but I cannot use
it. May seem a simple question but cannot seem to sort
it out.

Please help.

Try unlocking your toolbars and then dragging the address bar around. That
should fix your problem
