Ever since I got a new computer with Windows XP, all of
the eps files that are displayed on screen and printed
are poor quality. Is there anything I can do to fix that?

For a list of file extensions visit the following site;

There are a couple of things that would affect that...the program you're
using to view and print the files, the printer, and the print driver.
