I am running XP Home SP1. I have connected an enclosed
hard drive to one of the USB ports. Although device
manager assures me everything is working as it should,
and the enclosed drive shows up under hard drives with no
problems, I am unable to access the drive in My Computer
or in Windows Explorer. The only thing I can think of is
that I very recently had to reimage my laptop. Prior to
the image being restored, the enclosed hard drive could
be seen and used from My Computer and Windows Explorer.
Do you have any suggestions? Any help you could give me
would be greatly appreciated.
