Messenger Games Not Loading

I have recently gone from XP Home to Professional and now
all games are "unavailable at this time". I am using
messenger 8.2 and have checked all my settings and my
directx version.
Can anyone offer suggestions?

I had a similar problem - two adjustments fixed my issue:

1) Goto MSN Messenger, Tools-Options, ensure that "Always ask me for my password when checking Hotmail or opening other .NET Passport-enabled Web pages" is unchecked.

2) Then signout of MSN Messenger, and goto Internet Explorer, Tools-Internet Options, General tab. Press the "Delete Files" button to remove all temporary internet files.

This did the trick for me, hope it helps you!
