On booting-up my laptop computer, it goes through the
"Start-up" window and then goes to a plain wallpaper screen
with no windows desktop screen. I can push the button for
"stand-by" and then wait a few moments and the bush the
same "stand-by" button and then the desktop screen will
start. What am I doing wrong or what is Windows doing wrong?
