I HAVE A COMPAQIJ650INKJET PRINTER. I HAD TO HAVE A NEW
HARDDRIVE INSTALLED AND THEY DID NOT REINSTALL MY
PRINTER.I HAVE TRIED TO REINSTALL AND IT SHOWS IT IS
INSTALLED BUT IT WILL NOT PRINT ANYTHING. IS THERE ANY
THING ELSE I SHOULD DO? THANKX, MATTIE

Hi, Mattie
Since you don't list any errors or behaviors, and don't describe the
process you used to install the printer, most troubleshooting here would
simply be guessworks and probably not useful to you. I did find a note on
HP's web site that says the driver shipped with the printer is not the
latest version for Windows XP and could cause problems, though. I
recommend you go to the link below and download the driver version there
(note: you may need to remove the an inserted line break in the URL to use
it):
