Missing files after install XP Home

I requested help in an earlier file because 7 files were
not copied during setup for the install. Per advice from
some gracious responder, I ran scannow, and a subsequent
search was able to find 4 of the 7, hopefully in the
right places. I've tried many things to get the other 3
files including:

dougknox.com
kellys-corner-xp.com
rerun scannow

The 3 missing files now are:

h323.tsp
HelpCtr.ex_
heart.wm_

I'm having some problems, and don't know if these could
be causing them or not. Sure can't get much help with
HelpCtr.exe (e assumed) missing. The help sites talk
about fixing problems after running a cleaner. This has
not been done unless it is a hidden part of XP. Is there
anyplace to get the missing files and get them into their
proper place?

BTW I downloaded 22 fixes from Microsoft and installed
last night on the off chance a missing file might be in
one of them. Didn't seem to fix any bugs or restore and
files! Didn't seem to hurt to try, either.

I was able to find the three files on the Windows XP CD and
my Windows XP system disk as follows:

Windows XP CD Windows XP system disk

\i386\heart.wm_ \Program Files\Windows Media Player\skins\heart.wmz
\I386\helpctr.ex_ \WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386\helpctr.exe and

\WINDOWS\pchealth\helpctr\binaries\helpctr.exe
\i386\h323.ts_ \WINDOWS\system32\h323.tsp

You can expand the files from the CD to your system disk with the
Start / Run / cmd / and the enter EXPAND /? to get help on using
the
expand command.
