video file problem

I am using winXP Pro.
I have problem with all Video file i opened.
All the video files i played, i can only see 1/4 of it.
I 've try playing video files using other software like
realplayer, quicktime, window media player etc..
All results is the same.
Can anyone help on this ?

This is a common problem with Intel 810 chipset on Windows Media Player 9.0. Please clarify the specification of your computer.
