Can not access "My Computer" or create shortcut on desktop

Please help! When I try to access "My Computer" to select a drive, all I get is a search (flashlight) and the drives never appear.I can't create shortcuts to my desktop either... This all happened after I got rid of the WtoolsA.exe folder in programs "Com
mon Files" folder! Any suggestions everything else seems to be working ok?
