I have a program I try to run that gives me a new error
message. It says,

"Access Violation at address 77F5B2AB in module
ntdll.dll. Read of address 00000034"

Does anyone know what this means?

I looked for help on ntdll.dll, and there are 15 items in
the Microsoft Knowledgebase, decribing a known issue with
ntdll.dll that is dealt with in a security update.

I got some adware on my machine, and in an effort to get
rid of it, I may have messed with some critical system
files, including the ntdll.dll.

Does anyone know how to restore this file? I'm ready to
wipe the whole machine clean and start installing system
again from 0.

Thanks!
