Files missing problem.

Hi everyone, I am running WinXP 2 edtion and have been trying to keep my PC
from being infected and all of the spyware from being loaded automatically
all of the time.

I current have McAfee antivirus which stays updated as well as Spysweeper
and Spybot.

Anyway my PC has started to stall when navigating the net.

I ran this program called PC Doctor and it is stating I am missing several
files. I am needing to know where I can get these files or do I even need
them.

1. C:\WINDOWS\System32\Bwd9m.exe was not found...........do I need this
file?

2. tbchk.exe was not found...........do I need this file?

3. C:\WINDOWS\System32\msctf.exe was not found...........do I need this
file?

4. notepad.exe was not found

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
