Running XP loaded critical updates, I think it was service
pack 1. When rebooting I get blank screen with an error
titled "winlogon.exe - Entry Point Not Found" In box is
message "The procedure entry point AssocIsDangerous could
not be located in dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll
If I close out the window (or clik ok) the next screen
gives a message titled "User Interface Failure" with a
desciption of the Login User Interface DLL msgina.lll
failed to load.
It does not allow me to close this window. The only option
it gives me is RESTART. and it does the same over again.
I'm dead in the water. Help !!!
