I just had XP installed on my computer and in order to
get Word up and running, had to enter some "Product Key"
numbers. After entering them I got message these numbers
are invalid. So, do I have to carry my hard drive all
the way back to Best Buys (2 hrs on the road). Thanks

P.S. Where do I go to find any answers I may receive? Do
I come back to this spot?

Sally;
Where did you get the Product Key numbers you entered that were wrong?
Did you make a typographical error when entering the numbers? Do you have
the CD(s) for Word? Do you have the box or cardboard holder they came in?
If Word was part of Works Suite, there should have been a 4-fold cardboard
CD holder. Do you have a booklet that came with Word? The Product Key
numbers should be on a sticker attached to one of these. Did you get Word
at the same time you got XP?
Yes, you come back here. And if you are reading this you have figured
out a + next to your post means someone replied.
Please answer some or all of these questions by replying to your message
or mine. Hope this helps.
