When I use a peer to peer client such as XNap or WinMX to
share my photographs with friends around the world
Windows XP Pro crashes my system. This has been going on
for two years now and I am absolutely disgusted that MS
are unwilling to assist me with this problem unless I
shell out more money in addition to the $399 I paid for
this O/S. When I use Norton's Windows Doctor it tells me
that I have 2 probelms in the registry with ActiveX/com.
When I use the clients my system will crash anywhere from
immediate activation of the client up to about 7 hours of
being connected. Can anybody make any recommendations as
to where I may find some information on how to correct
this problem. I know I am not the only person to suffer
from this unacceptable performance from what is supposed
to be the number one operating system in the world.
Any help would be really appreciated.
Many thanks in advance.
