Stop adding people to my address book!! ARGH!!

Argh! Could someone tell me how to stop Outlook Express from adding people
to my address book EVERY time I reply to someone!!??
I want this function to be taken away so that I and only I decide when and
who is added to my address book. I'm sure it must be a switch somewhere but
I can't find it!?

Any advice greatly appreciated.

To add contacts to your Address Book from Outlook Express

When you receive e-mail, you can add the sender's name and e-mail =
address to your Address Book from within Outlook Express.

1.. Open the message.=20
2.. On the Tools menu, point to Add to Address Book, and then select =
the user you want to add.=20
You can also set up Outlook Express so that people whose messages you =
reply to are automatically added to your Address Book.

1.. In Outlook Express, on the Tools menu, click Options.=20
2.. On the Send tab, select the Automatically put people I reply to in =
my Address Book check box.=20

Tools --> Options --> Send --> Clear "Automatically put people I reply to in
my Address Book"
