Install Wizard-?what printer?

Greetings All,

Ever since I installe XP Pro, the Install Wizard keeps
poping up and saying that I have a printer installed,
when in fact, I don't have a printer connected to this
machine. When I go through the menues that say thta it
will contact customer supprot, nothing happens. Whats up
with that?

A fax driver or some feature of scanner software?
