I've recently bought a new computer with
Window XP Home Edition installed, along with
Microsoft Office Suite, etc.
Question: Does XP come with file zip software?
If so, where and how do you access? If not, what
compression software would you recommend
downloading/purchasing?
(I have just created a large powerpoint presentation
and need compression before I send out to several
contacts.)
All help appreciated,

Yes, XP has built-in ZIP handling capability. Simply right click the file,
select Send To, Compressed Folder. A ZIP file will be created with the same
file name.
