upgrade ram

i had a program that showed how to remove/install
ram/harddrive,all stuff with computor now i can't find
could i have zipped or compressed now it wont access,help
please??

If you need to unzip it and the built in Windows XP Compressed Folders isn't
working download and install WinZip.
