If youre limited on upgrades or patches,you can still
go to office,or windows update(select office updates at
the top) have it scan the computer.If critical updates
are needed at least you can get info as to what,why
it needs them,updating isnt adding extra utilitys,have
you tried to install updates.There's also the XP comp-
atability utility in accessoties,try useing that for
info.
