i managed to fix it with SERVICES
there was dependent file that was turned off
so i turned it to auto, then set it to This user profile
and then started it.
then set the print spooler to the same user,
then started it.
then boom, my cd now installed it and it works
lmao
im A+ certifed just needed a kool head to really look
in to why it wasnt working right.
