Blank Desktop -- Icons,toolbar?

All icons and toolbars are gone from all active desktops
on my system. All files and data are intact -- they are
able to be accessed through Task Manager. System restore
works but everything disappears again when I log off.
Any suggestions?

Install the fix, then reboot your computer.
