View Full Version : Volume Progress On Desktop

I am using Windows XP and I use a lot of sound playing.
The progress bars across the bottom of my monitor that
indicate the amount of volume of sound I will receive,
have to be restarted ever time I shut down and restart. I
have to go to Control then click the Keyboard to get
Keyboard Properties. Then click the Keyboard Manager tab.
Then I have to check the line that says "Enable
multimedia buttons and onscreen display." This procedure
has to be done each time after a shutdown or restart.
Isn't there a way to keep this enable all the time. When
I was using WindowsME it stayed active always unless I
disabled it. Thank you for you attention and time.
Sincerely,
Vincent Fricano
