Hyperlinks should work no matter who your ISP is. Which ones are not
working for you? In the browser? In email? Both? Does anything at all
happen when you click one?

Try this:

Start> Run and type in
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
Click OK.
You should see a window saying the DLL registered successfully
May need to log off/log on for change to take effect.
