hey

my mother brought a pc a couple of months ago. she has no
idea bout pc's.

problem is on saturday she turned it on and the screen is
like set at high pincushion and high h size. ive tried
all i no and havent been able to fix it. the h size and
pincushion function does not work but the v size and the
rest do.

make things worse the place she got it from's website
dont work and i dont have a email address for them!!!

maybe some1 here can help me.
