Sorry, bad english!
Well, I was trying to install Genius optical mouse ps/2, I
ran setup from floppy disk and everything was installed,
then I restarted windows (XP) and when win. was loaded,
everything was frozen, nothing worked, neither mouse nor
the keyboard

Before I installed that mouse, I uninstalled drivers from
previous mouse (maybe I have uninstalled the windows based
driver for mouse??)

Can you help me please!!??
Thanks

Try booting up in safe mode. If you are able to do this try rolling back
your mouse driver. If you can't get into safe mode try booting using the
last known good configuration to start your computer.

I have tried everything what you said and more than this
(safe mode doesn't work because when I get the window
where I have to choose Administrator or my name, the mouse
doesn't work neither the keyboard( I need TAB button), I
can't choose nothing, everything is freezed...)
