outlook express difficulties

how do I open a un highlighted paperclip to view
attatchment?

Depends on how you have your security setup. In Outlook Express, tools, options,
security tab, clear "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could
potentially be a virus." Be very sure of the sender of your attachment, keep your
antivirus software up to date.
