I have this trouble and i tried to install Microsoft's
service packs but i could not install that also. There is
a strange error that comes while installing the service
pack. Something like "Cryptographic service is not
running".

My basic problem is that whenever i try to access any
secure website the browser says "Error website cannot be
found" I tried all browsers. I dont have any firewall on
my computer.

Please help

This may help: ""Setup Could Not Verify the Integrity of the File"

See "How to Troubleshoot Situations Where You Cannot Connect to Secure
Web Sites by Using Internet Explorer in Windows XP"
