View Full Version : New users in WinXP

When I installed Windows XP Pro, I never created any new
users. All of my software and docs were created/used
under the default Adiministrator logon. Is there an easy
way to create a new user so that they have access to all
of the software, docs, and settings.

1. Create the new user.
2. Log on as the new user, then log off.
3. Log on as the Administrator (not as the admin user that you used up
to now!).
4. In the Control Panel > System > Advanced > User profiles > Settings
copy the profile of the admin user to the new user.
