Mail between users

Set up limited access account for other in house.Not
knowing others password,if they open email first,I can't
access.I am admin. One email account at
present,suggestions?? Reply with subject "limited user
email"

Your description is a little vague. I suggest you take this problem
to a group related to Outlook and ask for help there.
