hi i recently sold my samsung notebook(laptop) and it was
working fine but the person who brought it now says there
is something wrong with it.he said cds and dvds wont
work.so i checked in the device manager and there were 2
faulty devices one of which i fixed by updating it and
the other i couldnt it is a vga driver??i said he should
use his recovery disk to fix it but he now says the
reason the vga driver isnt working is due to the
motherboard being broken.everything on the laptop loads
ok,windows, programs, etc so do you think it is the
motherboard or just a driver problem??please help asap
thanks

Hello

Well it's possible that it could be a driver problem, have the
new user go to their website and look for the most recent
vidoe drivers for your laptop, give that a try and see what happens
Also consider that when you shipped it was it packed very
good and securly

Hello Helen

I think from what your sying it could just be a corrupted video
driver and just remove and have him re-install it or you can do
it for him
