WXP&Aol Broadband

Help! Have Windows XP Home Edition on Pentium 4 PC.
Currently have Aol v.8.0 and am trying to load aol
broadband with BTVoyager100 USB ADSL Modem but no joy.
Will not allow Drivers to load - rejects with Error
message that operating system is the problem. Despite
numerous lengthy calls to aol help line still no joy.
Have now installed Windows XP Update but still same
rejection point.
Anyone else had this problem or able to help?

You don't need the AOL drivers. Just use the internet connection wizard and
follow the prompts.
