View Full Version : User Accounts is empty

When I open "User Aco****s" via the control panel an
empty screen opens with the
title "res://C:WINDOWS\system32\nusrmgr.cpl/nusrmgr.hta".

From checking websites I believe it might be a problem
with the hta file extension.

On my computer under the advanced setting for "hta" the
Action is "Edit with Visual Studio .NET 2003" and the
Application used to perform action is "C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Common7
\IDE\devenv.exe" %1

Am I on the right track? What should the settings be?

Thanks, Geoff

I know I'm bumping an old post, but I also get this error.

it's on a brand-new computer running XP home SP2. I believe Net 1.1
was installed on this computer prior to this problem (from
windowsupdate.microsoft.com), but I don't have microsoft visual studio
itself installed. Please let me know if there are any fixes to this
problem.
