I attempted to use the 'Add Hardware Wizard' and received
a message that another hardware installation was in
progress and to try back after it was complete since only
one piece of hardware can be installed at one time. I am
at a loss to explain what hardware would be installing.
Is there any way to cancel the ongoing hardware install
so that I can access the wizard? The problem has
persisted through several machine shutdowns. Device
Manager does not indicate any problems with known
existing hardware.
Any help would be much appreciated.
