How can I arrange Favorites alphabetically in Win XP HE?

open the favorites folder using the start menu.
right click on the menu
click on sort by name.

Thanks, - this has sorted them within the Favorites folder
but not when they appear within Explorer after clicking on
favorites in the tool bar! ??

With IE open, go to the favorites menu from the toolbar. Right click any
entry and select sort by name. You will see the effect both from the
dropdown menu and the favorites pane on the left.

SOLUTION:
===========
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Select "Favorites" from the menu.
3. Select any item, right-mouse click and then click on "Sort by name"
4. Now all the items must be sorted.
