I have a Abit BE6 Motherboard with the latest Bios
upgrade. My CPU is a P3 500Mhz. I set the bios to 500 and
when I boot up it sets the cpu at 333.Yes I did go into
the bios setting and reset to 500 then saved when I
rebooted. I tried setting the bus speed to 66 (100
supported but wont boot to XP) then set mult. to 7.0,
7.5, or 8.0 , it still resets the cpu to 333. I put XP
Pro in from a clean install. When I had Windows ME I had
no problem with the cpu showing up at 500. Thanks
