Error when managing user accounts

Hi Everyone !

When trying to access the user accounts in the Control
Panel, I get the following error message: "wrong number
of arguments or invalid property assignment"

I've seen a lot of posting describing the same problem
but no answer with a solution, or at least an explanation.


Config is WIN XP Home Edition SP1

Any help would be greatly appreciated !
