After downloading SP1 to correct blaster problems the
printer no longer prints. It is still on the list and is
set as default. It is connected to the USB port and does
print if using the HP tool box to test the printer.
Reinstllation of the printer did not complete as the test
page would not print. The print status window only
indicates "error". Could you give me some hints as to
what to do? I have home addition XP on a HP computer
recently purchased. All was well before downloading SP1.
