I am unable to boot my computer.
When I attempt to enter using safemode, the boot process
stops at multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)
\Windows\System32\Drivers\Mup.sys. It flashes a blue
screen too fast to read anything it contans, the system
automatically reboots and the process begins again. I've
had it in a shop where they recommended a new hard drive.
This is the second Hard drive I have purchased.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Hopeless

I'm not sure if this is relevant but I have seen reports that this error has
been linked to USB 2.0 add-in cards. If you have such a PCI card installed
in your system you could try removing it and see if the problem is resolved.

Post an update when you can.

Hope that helps
Pete
