Virus or worm?

Can somebody please help me? My computer will not let me
open up anything but the internet. I am not sure if it is
a worm or what, but I can't run an antivirus or the worm
blast. What should I do?

Your question doesnt make a lot of since, but if you are saying you have the
Blaster Worm check out
