New Virus that disables firewall and avg virus scan.
I have use outpost firewall & avg virus scanner.

It also disable the start menu.

I was doing stuff on the web. My computer slow down.
I ran adware and virus scanner. (I know since it disable it more
likely a virus) More and More I not liking xp.

Addware ran slow.

I can fix it easy with a image restore. Take me only 10 minutes.

Nothing in the registry.
