HELP!

When the cursor moves from an active window to an
INACTIVE window, the inactive window becomes active
immediately without clicking the mouse. It is
impossible to control the active window while moving the
cursor across the screen. I have windows XP.

What settings do I use to select the active screen by
clicking the mouse? Control panel?
Mouse/Display/Internet Settings?? Must I reinstall
Windows??..or the mouse driver??

Thanks! tamatohi 6/1
