Activex Problem

Hello,
Not sure if this is the right group to post this to! I am
running XP on NTL broadband and when I browse the web I
get an error message,"An ActiveX control on this page
might be unsafe to interact with other parts of the page"
I get to click yes or no and when I click yes to continue
I get the blank screen. THis comes up randomly on various
webpages sometimes I can't even type out an email it won't
let me click on the typing section of yaho to type my
message. I have tried lowering my security options to low
and enabled all ActiveX scripts but yet it still comes up!
