Blue Screen Flashes during bootup

I'm running XP home edition. During the bootup process a
blue screen flashes some text on the screen, but I'm
unable to read it because it reboots within 1 second and
then I'm prompted to enter safe mode. I've made no recent
hardware changes. Is there a way to view some log file
while in safe mode to where I can read what its trying to
tell me. I've run all the diagnostics and SCANDISK
indicates there are no problems. Any Ideas?

Control Panel >> Classic View >> System >> Advanced tab >> Startup &
Recovery Settings >> Uncheck Automatically restart

This will let it pause at the BSOD so you can read it.
