I note that others are having trouble connecting with
their phone line when installing XP Professional. I find
that although the Modem is properly installed and is
listed as working in the Device Manager, when attempting
to Set up a connection manually, the dial up connection is
not available. Also, when attempting to install an
Internet Service such as AT&T withe their set-up CD, the
message is given as "modem not Configured." When
attempting to use MSN the message is "no Modems detected"
