View Full Version : Explorer-view-list-details-icons-dropdown menu
xp-pro how do i get the drop down icon that shows folders in either a
thumbnail-icon-list-detail-etc, that's on the toolbar in explorer, to
each be an icon on the toolbar as in 98 se, so i just click it on the
toolbar, instead of the dropdown menu icon as it is now. i saw it on
the toolbar like that one time, they went away, can't seem to figure out
how to get them back.

I do not think that you can change this in the Windows Explorer.

I can't. I don't, under available buttons, have the option of putting a
"button" on the "toobar", for List or Icons or Details or Tiles or
Thunbnails. I wanted to put a button up there for the first three, so I
could just click it, instead of scrolling down the box. This I had in
98se, and I like it better. How did you get that option for available
buttons in the customize box. I don't have that option.

You do not have it. I do not have it. And I doubt that Anon can find
such a setting in Windows XP.
