PC Shut down very slow after installing KB823980 patch

Hello,

I've installed the Windows2000-KB823980-x86-ENU.exe path of Microsoft
, on Windows 2000 SP2.

I didn't try all my softwares that I have, but most of them seem
runing.

But after the installation, the shut-down procedure of my PC takes a
lot of time comparing to the shut-down time before the installation of
the patch.

I have tested before and after:
Before: 20-30 secondes
After: 1 minute and half

I wonder why it takes 1 minute more.

Any Idea?
