pc shutdown because of usb controller apparently

hi, my pc goes often off when i am on some programs, and
when i restart, after sending to microsoft my error
report, it says the problem came from a usb controller.
i saw that there is a usb controller isn't recognized but
i don't know what to do because all my hardware is
allready recognized and good installed. so i don't know
where it comes from. thanks you in avance.
