using zonealarm with xp pro. and notice a file 'winmgard.exe

Hi,

Does anyone know of a file called, "winmgard.exe"? It is
trying to access the internet from my pc and I have
blocked it through zone alarm. It says that it is
located in the system32 folder of my windows directory,
but when i search my pc it does not find it. I have ran
a full virus scan and still nothing....does anyone know
of anything else I can do?
