MScomctl.ocx file missing

I have recently re-installed my windows xp because of a
fault with a few programs and since i have when i try to
open my 'spyblaster program all i am getting is

Run-time error 339
Conponent 'mscomctl.ocx or one of its dependants not
correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid


I have tryed downloading what microsoft said was an update
for this problem called 'visual foxpro 6.0 activex control
updater' but am still getting the same message.
