When my boss opens explore the main page opens up
(example: nbci5.com, MSN ect.) but, when she tries to
register for things on the browser and when the Pop-up
pages show up the pages are blank. How do I fix this?
Does explore have a pop-up filter? The error said we need
to uninstall the pop-up software but, there is none loaded
on the system.

NO IE does not come with Pop up blockers (unless you have a third
party toolbar installed e.g Google).
I would check the machine for spyware that may be affecting IE.
